want to lose weight. Here are items you can start with to include in your plan.</p>
<p>1. Know how much weight and body fat to lose. It best to consult a professional on this so he<br />
or she can tell you how many pounds is safe for you to lose on a weekly basis.</p>
<p>2. Have an exercise routine. If you choose to work with a personal trainer, he or she will<br />
create this for you. However, if you prefer to do it on your own, do research well and prepare<br />
your routine.</p>
<p>3. Make the right food choices. Eating the right food will not only keep the weight off but<br />
also keep you healthy. Swap sugary treats for fruits and fried food for those which are grilled or<br />
boiled.</p>
<p>4. Reward yourself. You should not deprive yourself of food you enjoy so have them once in a<br />
while. Assign yourself a cheat day once a week.</p>
<p>5. Be patient with yourself. You will always encounter set-backs in your plan so don&#8217;t get<br />
frustrated if you encounter one. If you skip one work-out day or couldn&#8217;t help eating a slice of<br />
your favorite cake, don&#8217;t beat yourself up! Just continue to stick to your weight loss plan.</p>
<p>6. Have a support system. Surround yourself with people who have the same goal as<br />
you. Having other&#8217;s support and encouragement will keep you motivated.</p>
<p>Weight loss can be very challenging. However, if you truly commit to yourself and follow these<br />
tips, then you should be on your way to a healthier new you.</p>
